Compensation: $120,000 to $140,000 base per year plus bonus

This is a fully remote role with some quarterly domestic travel (about 10%).
What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- 8+ years of experience leading website strategy and digital product management from a marketing lens, ideally in a physical product B2B or B2C environment.
- Proven track record managing a high-traffic site (~350 – 400k sessions per month)—launching new features, running sprints, and leading cross-functional collaboration across marketing, UX, and engineering.
- Expertise in content management systems, SEO, analytics (GA4), and agile workflows (Azure DevOps a plus).
- Ability to drive measurable growth through testing, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
- Experience presenting and reporting digital performance metrics to senior leadership with insight, clarity, and polish.
- Bonus points for API integration or digital merchandising experience.
