The Hired Guns are seeking a successful change-maker in the role of SVP Marketing for a high-end and well-known national real estate firm. Reporting to the President / Chief Operating Officer, you are a charismatic leader who brings top-notch operational expertise and creative acumen. You can lead a world-class marketing team while shaping the strategic direction for the future of this real estate giant.
Nitty Gritty
As SVP, Marketing, your EQ should be at least as high as your IQ. You’re responsible for the leadership of a fully integrated national marketing program and you’ll be able to sell your strategic vision to your internal customers: the firm’s agents and their teams.
You will direct all brand management (supervising the AOR) and marketing campaigns from traditional, digital and sponsorship marketing, to direct mail, e-mail, print and broadcast. You’ll have a deep understanding of analytics, paid advertising, and media buying while being skilled at identifying and executing inventive solutions with bottom-line, metric-driven results.
You will continue to strengthen this firm’s unique and compelling image, personality and voice while you establish a best-in-class social, digital and web presence that drives consumer awareness, engagement, and affinity.
What Success Looks Like
Your experience driving change within a marketing organization will come in handy right about now. Your priority the first four months of the job is getting your regional marketing directors on the same page with a new brand pyramid from your Agency of Record. Your teams from Beverly Hills to Brentwood to Bridgehampton to Bel Harbor need to move in lock-step and will look to you for guidance. You’ve got some cleaning up and organizing to do and a new website launch on the horizon.
