A Series-B startup that is bringing modern sustainability to the baby-care market needs a User Experience Designer who can visualize the end-to-end customer experience and view the website through customers’ eyes. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Product, engineering team, and graphic designer to create website designs by building wireframes, prototyping, and user flows. This is a firm that is thinking about how to build out their subscription business, so they need a UX Designer who is ready to invent the future look and feel of subscriptions from a user perspective and bring ideas to life in a digital environment.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have 5+ years of experience as a web designer at a branding agency, studio, or in-house design/digital product team. You’re a highly effective cross-functional communicator who can present your work to designers and non-designers alike. You have robust experience executing key UX tasks: wireframes, prototyping, user flows, and the like. You are also comfortable jumping into Figma as needed to support visual design needs. You have a stellar portfolio and are ready to talk through your work as it relates to executing strong conceptual thinking, design analysis, visual problem-solving, and maintenance of brand aesthetics. (Extra points if you’ve ever worked in an acquisition-focused or subscription-based company!)
