This award-winning digital agency needs a research-driven UX Principal to make a direct and immediate impact at the strategic and tactical level for a healthcare digital transformation project. They’re not looking for someone who can just put together a wireframe. You thrive on complicated projects and will fully inhabit the POV of the user to create elegant solutions to complex problems. You’ll work effectively with client stakeholders to set the pace of the project from a UX perspective through prioritization and alignment. You’ll drive the project cross-functionally with data analysts, engineers and visual designers to develop effective, user-friendly solutions.
While the first part of your tenure at this global agency will focus on this major new client initiative, going forward you will be in the hot seat to help expand this agency’s user-experience offering as well as mentor other UX designers and be a trusted subject-matter expert and partner to all their clients.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
Are you able to thrive in complexity? Are you thoroughly data- and research-driven? Can you manage a seven-figure project from end-to-end? Can you map out and conduct in-depth user research? Are you both strategic and able to execute strategy? Are you highly experienced in Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration? If you say yes to all of the above, plus you have at least seven years of UX experience with meaningful client contact, you could be a great fit.
