As this company undergoes a colossal redesign of its e-tail experience, the Director of CRM Operations will work closely with the Director of CRM Strategy to create an agile process for executing CRM marketing campaigns. Delivery rests on your shoulders, as every single promotional point of content to this company’s existing customer base runs through the programs that you oversee — from email to push notifications, text and site targeting as well as personalization.
You’ll succeed by deploying your great proficiency with HTML coding, particularly when it comes to email, and your knack for site targeting and personalization. You are also well versed in CRM and marketing automation software like Oracle, Salesforce, SAS, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or HubSpot. You’ll also have a hand in direct mail marketing.

You’re technical, hands-on, agile, and efficient in your duties as Director of CRM Operations (or even as Senior Manager of Marketing Automation or Email Marketing — this could be the leap you’re looking to take).
You should be passionate about the customer retention marketing space and always up to date on new trends that arise in the industry.
