This ginormous e-tailer needs a true CRM strategist in the role of Director, Customer Retention Marketing Strategy to drive their retention marketing program to the next level. This will include overseeing the strategy related to all communications and messaging via email, direct mail, site targeting and personalization, push notifications, and text messaging. You will need to work closely with merchandisers to create effective strategies that align with their vision. In particular this will revolve around calendaring, ensuring that communications coincide with offers and sales events.
In addition to owning the strategy for CRM campaigns, you will also have a hand in their execution, making sure that everything goes according to schedule and that average sale is increased for each customer segment.

This company is undergoing a colossal redesign of its e-tail experience, and you’ll be a front-line officer tasked with creating awareness of the new UX, driving customers to it, and increasing engagement and activations upon arrival. With one eye on metrics for customer lifetime value, you’ll craft a direct-response marketing strategy.
