Salary range: $140,000 to $150,000 per year

An industry-leading e-commerce company and the nation’s largest distributor of professional uniforms proudly serving America’s military and safety professionals is looking for a self-motivated, analytical, and data-driven Director of E-Commerce to support their exponential online sales and usher them into their next phase of disruptive growth. This role will specifically focus on expanding their military-sector e-commerce business.
In this role you will first define growth strategies and effective campaigns. Next, you’ll deliver against growth targets and play a crucial role in “pie-enlarging” growth (not “pie-rearranging” growth), with the opportunity to optimize the end-to-end onsite experience for all their military and public-safety web properties. You will own the P&L and bring equal parts strategy and tactics to set the vision to optimize their customer experience.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
We’re looking for a dynamic individual with a very special pedigree: service in the military (active duty preferred), plus 5+ years of experience within the e-commerce and digital marketing space with a track record of delivering impactful financial results. You’re a natural-born leader who’s managed teams of at least four people as well as helmed marketing-agency relationships.
You collaborate effectively across all functions at all levels of teams, up to and including senior leadership. End-to-end digital experience, site merchandising and multi-channel marketing leadership experience are all required. This role not only requires in-depth understanding of all digital and social marketing channels, but also a successful track record of creating effective multi-channel orchestrations based on the buyer’s brand and channel affinity, recency and frequency of their web behavior, as well as their purchasing patterns.
You must be able to maximize the efficacy of marketing dollars to deliver revenue and profitability at scale. You must also understand and believe in the power of performing tests and experiments across the board, not only to establish incrementality delivered by marketing dollars, but also to implement at scale what works for what audience group. In short, you are quick to identify what moves the needle toward winning performance.
