The world’s premiere music-tech company is looking for a passionate, out-of-the box thinker to be Director of Brand Marketing. In this role, you will target an audience of recording artists and music rights owners with 360 digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, member engagement, and policy priorities. You will lead campaign development from strategy, to conception, to execution. Plus, you will inspire fresh, creative ideas for brand campaigns and activations across all owned channels, off-channel digital, OOH, experiential, stunts, and partnerships.
As Director of all Brand Marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote the brand while fostering relationships and leveraging artists as advocates. You’ll also have a huge hand in developing and promoting new strategic marketing partnerships that enhance membership experience. This is an exciting opportunity to spread your marketing wings and create wildly experiential strategies that build top-of-funnel brand equity for a super-cool company dedicated to protecting the rights of artists. How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You’re extremely passionate about music and the artists who create it. The thought of being the Director of Brand Marketing for a company with such a value-creating mission really excites you. You have 10-15+ years of general marketing and agency experience, with a background in the music/entertainment industry. You have a knack for creative and out-of-the-box campaign ideation and execution. Significant paid and organic digital and social media experience across all platforms is a must (i.e., you need to be able to execute paid and organic digital campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn). You’re adept at working with designers and other creatives on traditional and digital platforms. This role requires excellent project management skills and a proven ability to navigate a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Prior management experience leading teams and working with senior-level stakeholders is a must.
