The nation’s largest distributor of professional public safety equipment and apparel is investing heavily in their e-commerce segment. In response to their exponential growth this year, they’re looking for an e-commerce leader to take them to the next level.
In the role of Director of E-Commerce, you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end onsite experience for public-safety web properties. Once the customers land on the site, you will set the vision, direction and tactics to optimize their experience for conversion. You’ll own the product roadmap to drive improvements in AOV, conversion rate, bounce rate, page load speeds, customer experience, and user experience. You’ll define, deliver and implement digital experience strategy through journeys (CX and UX) for all customer segments and personalize them based on their purchasing and engagement behaviors. This is a highly collaborative role in which you’ll need to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
