Right now they’re looking for a highly skilled Director of Growth Marketing to steer their entire growth strategy and relentlessly focus on customer acquisition. You will have one direct report who will help drive and report on key metrics related to customer acquisition cost, channel/ campaign lifetime value (LTV), and overall channel growth. You’ll partner closely with data, creative, and e-commerce teams to make sure all insights are being uncovered, developed, tested, and optimized across new and existing paid media channels. You’ll be in charge of overseeing all relationships with agency partners and leading strategy for all paid media activity. You will be the one who devises the plan on how to scale existing channels and launch new and emerging paid media channels. You’ll direct how budgets are managed and the cost efficiency of growth marketing spend. This role reports directly to the CMO. How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably at a fast-growing direct-to-consumer startup or supporting agency. Ideally, you have a strong background in paid social and all paid media channels. It’s great if you’ve worked in the beauty or wellness industries and with subscription-based models. You’ve developed frameworks and workflows that enable teams to achieve peak performance. You have familiarity with Google Suite, Excel, Looker, and Asana or similar platforms. Experience working with a complex, segmented customer base is a must. You’re a natural leader who enjoys managing and mentoring others. You’re a critical, outside-the-box thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Growth marketing is your jam!
