You’ll use your expertise to create workflow efficiency and best practices for over 600 local retail stores. This role starts out on a contract basis, then transitions to a full-time hire.

A rapidly-growing eyewear startup (hint: they’re poised to take on Warby Parker) is searching for a Field Marketing Operations Manager to take their field marketing efforts to the next level. As a liaison to the brand’s growing constellation of local retail stores (all 670 of them), you will be charged with creating efficiencies and improving processes while streamlining marketing efforts and material distribution.
This role is crucial when it comes to triaging requests for support from the field, managing the ticketing system, and effectively communicating initiatives to field and operations teams.

You’re a manager with 5+ years of experience in local marketing. You’re an expert project manager who’s scaled brands—and your hyper-focus on details ensures all the trains run on time. You’re an air-traffic-controller type who loves to create efficiencies and processes, and you love it when a plan comes together and all the workflows start clicking along flawlessly.
Because you’re confident in your delegation and communication styles and have experience pitching to top brass, your ideas get greenlit. Extra points if you have experience in local retail or field marketing, working with signage and promotion materials.
