Right now this headline-grabbing, rapidly scaling D2C beauty brand is looking for their very first Growth Marketing Manager. In this role, you will focus relentlessly on customer acquisition across all paid media channels. You’ll drive and report on key metrics related to customer acquisition cost, channel/ campaign lifetime value (LTV), and overall channel growth. You’ll partner closely with data, creative, and e-commerce teams to make sure all insights are being uncovered, developed, tested, and optimized across new and existing paid media channels. You’ll help manage relationships with agency partners to consistently improve channel and campaign level metrics. You’ll help strategize how to scale existing channels and launch new and emerging paid media channels. Plus, you’ll manage budgets and the cost efficiency of growth marketing spend. How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably at a fast-growing direct-to-consumer startup or supporting agency. You have a strong background in paid social (you’ll be managing $13M paid social ad spend per year!), and you’ve worked with influencer content, organic social, etc. It’s great if you’ve worked in the beauty or wellness industries and/or with subscription-based models. Expertise in managing multi-channel paid marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of best practices across key growth marketing channels (search, paid social, display, audio, streaming video, etc) is required.
It’s a huge bonus if you have analytics and measurement in your background. You’ve developed frameworks and workflows that enable teams to achieve peak performance. Plus, you have familiarity with Google Suite, Excel, Looker, and Asana or similar platforms. Experience working with a complex, segmented, customer base is a must.
