It has achieved groundbreaking success during the COVID-19 pandemic (we’re talking a growth rate of 150% since March 2020). By connecting individuals with the right doctors and radiology centers and providing free and secure 24/7 access to test results on an easy-to-use platform, this company puts the power back into the consumers’ hands. No more waiting on your doctor for test results, or surprise out-of-network medical bills. Now, with the pandemic winding down and testing methods changing, this company is starting to invest in its core growth marketing and retention strategies.
And that’s where you come in: they’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to provide direction on B2B and B2C growth and help build sales enablement, define product positioning, steer product-led growth, and drive lead generation. You’ll be tasked with creating and executing all digital marketing and thought leadership strategies, leveraging paid, earned and owned channels. You’ll also develop personalized, automated email campaigns from start-to-finish, including creative brief creation, campaign setup, deployment in their ESP, and ongoing reporting. This role will also advise and support all growth objectives for the medical practices as a synergistic influence of the overall business. How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
First and foremost, you are self-motivated, have a great attitude, and you have a growth mindset. You have a minimum of 4 years of experience across digital marketing, growth marketing/demand generation, content, marketing operations and/or acquisition marketing – leadership roles are preferred. You have a consistent track record of exceeding revenue goals, with the ability to communicate which actions/decisions led to your success. You’ve moved the needle on organic and paid growth. You’re savvy when it comes to building and executing strategies around conversion and user acquisition. You have an analytical and creative mindset, and you’re great at applying data to customer segmentation.
You’re tech-savvy and up-to-date on marketing tools, platforms and resources. It’s very important that you be a strong collaborator at the leadership level, while also being comfortable doing the day-to-day legwork required to scale the organization.
