You’ve already spent years learning the digital-ad ecosystem, from multiple angles, and you’ve proven yourself as a product manager and leader of people. You have a deep, firsthand understanding of how programmatic ad sales work, including reporting and bill structure. Ad-serving technologies like RTB, DSP and SSP are as familiar to you as a cornfield to a crow, and you know your way around more than a couple of dashboards , exchanges and digital visualization tools.
As skilled as you are with the technical stuff, you’ve found over the years that there’s great fulfillment to be found in managing a team. Your reports see you not just as the boss, but as a trusted source of guidance and true leadership, and you infuse your team with your own infectious spirit of openness and collaboration.
