A best-in-class luxury NYC real estate firm is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to operate as the main point of contact for its Manhattan agents and sales managers. The Marketing Coordinator is intimately involved in multiple aspects of the real estate business, with a focus on accountability and follow-through for the implementation of regional initiatives. You will support marketing and sales agents by maintaining a usable and well-communicated schedule, producing comprehensive creative briefs, guiding agents on how to effectively market themselves and their listings, advising on strategy, and working with in-house design on all projects. This role is about helping agents build client relationships and market their listings through traditional and digital marketing efforts, as well as being the point person for keeping track of all marketing projects.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have 2-3 years experience in a hands-on marketing or operations role managing multiple projects and requests. As a detail-oriented, focused professional, you are known for your ability to juggle multiple tasks, follow through and follow up on status and assets, and create opportunities for marketing and business initiatives. You have a thick skin and can de-escalate issues in high-pressure situations. You’re interested in the exciting, fast-paced world of Manhattan real estate and are ready to cut your teeth as a key player in an operations-heavy marketing role.
