As Media Supervisor, Retail, you’ll partner with the agency’s media and account directors to create the strategic vision for client campaigns. You’ll be a key client-facing player with the presence and confidence to stand up presentations of media plans, POVs, and progress reports. You’ll stay on top of new trends and technologies, enabling you to dream up innovative solutions for your accounts.
This is a very hands-on role where you’ll handle almost all day-to-day operations, leading a team of planners and assistant planners and responsible for the oversight, creation and presentation of media documents such as RFP’s, media plans, strategy decks, client communications, and correspondence from within and outside the agency. If you love being the go-to person whose hard work has a direct impact on client satisfaction and account success, this will be a great next move in your career.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
We’d love to meet you if you have three to five years of experience in media planning, ideally with a smaller agency where you’ve become a whiz at cross-functional collaboration. You’ve done meaningful work with brick-and-mortar retailers, helping drive new store launches and chain expansions.
You’re seasoned enough to take the wheel without needing hand holding. You’ve got exceptional client-facing chops and impressive presentation skills. You’re a problem solver who seizes initiative, solves problems before they happen, and spots new opportunities from miles away.
