As the new Programmatic Media Planner at this fast-growing, close-knit agency full of energetic, creative people, you will be responsible for planning and activating cross-channel campaigns from ideation to launch to ongoing optimizations and insights, as well as creating and maintaining audience-based media plans across channels, including display, native, video, CTV and DOOH. You will be working closely with many other technical specialties, including paid search, paid social and analytics. You’ll monitor campaign performance and provide projections and reporting to management, oversee operations and resolve technical issues, collaborate with external partners, and keep abreast of industry developments, sharing knowledge with your colleagues.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
This is an ideal role for someone with several years of media planning experience (including at least a year in a programmatic role) looking to join an awesome team and add some technical skills to their repertoire. We’d like to see experience on pharmaceutical accounts, since you’ll be working with pharmas; or if not, experience with retail accounts is a fine substitute.
You’re familiar with client services and ad ops, and have solid skills with ad servers or DSPs (any mix of Google Campaign Manager, MediaMath, DV360, YouTube, The Trade Desk, and Amazon Advertising is great). We’re also looking for strong quantitative and analytical skills, and preferably experience with media math and media plans. You’re a whiz with Office and Google Suite apps, especially Excel (data-management formulas, pivot tables, charts, and template building are must-haves).

You’re a problem solver who seizes initiative, solves problems before they happen, and spots new opportunities from miles away.
