You’re comfortable around executive leadership while maintaining trust and building confidence in your direct reports. Your dossier is filled with direct examples of ways in which you have proactively run marketing campaigns, worked cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, and overseen large-scale budgets. You’re a natural leader and compassionate mentor who knows how to balance nurturing talent with managing workflow.
