Stakeholder management is your gift. You know how to work flawlessly with everyone from name-brand CEOs, celebrities, musicians and politicians to their handlers, publicists and onsite crew. Culturally, every person who works here wears the mission on their sleeve. Those who excel here are self-starters who don’t require hand-holding and thrive in idea-a-minute high-octane environments. Your current and past titles may be marketing roles, but they could just as well be something like Impact Strategist or Creative Strategist.
You’re a jack-of-all-trades marketing strategist with both digital and offline media chops. You have experiential know-how that makes you an instant force-multiplier. You can imagine and then execute an original strategy based on best-in-class marketing. You’re as adept at building pitch decks for the CEO as you are designing a barter partnership with media outlets. Creatives love you because you’ve got a great eye and are an excellent communicator of business needs in terms they “get”.
