You will make sure that the customer’s path through the site is working properly in order to maximize conversion to purchase. With the support of your team of three direct reports, you’ll analyze data and draw on key metrics relating to customer behavior, conversion, and revenue to inform your strategy for improvement. You’ll act as a strategic partner to the Site Merchandising team, looking across merchandise categories and thinking about fashion trends. You have a minimum of 4 years of related experience within e-commerce; experience as a manager is a plus. You have a passion for merchandising and partnering cross-functionally to achieve business goals. You put a premium on making data-driven decisions. You care deeply about the customer, and you’re knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices as they pertain to the e-commerce customer experience. You’re adept at stakeholder management, and you know how to navigate a large matrixed environment. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required. You must be extremely internet-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. The ability to multitask and re-prioritize based on business needs is key. You’re organized, detail-oriented, a quick learner, and a team player. Business analytical skills are a must!
