Now, this fast-scaling company needs a Strategic Account Manager to support clients and increase customer retention. As part of the Customer Success team, this role is responsible for understanding customers’ goals and growing accounts through upselling, deepening routes and using data to inform client support and relationships.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You’re a data fanatic with a bachelor’s degree in a field such as business administration and 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing position within a SaaS-based software company. You’re an empathetic listener who can confidently navigate customers’ objectives and overcome challenges. You’re able to identify customer trends (usage, needs etc) and leverage insights to create and deliver bespoke solutions to clients. You have a proven track record of retaining and growing accounts, deepening relationships with clients, and navigating different stakeholders within organizations. You’re able to manage the ins and outs of many accounts (20+) and have a keen interest in the e-commerce space.
