Harnessing the power of AI and data science, this cutting-edge platform has been changing the way business happens for sellers on Amazon and other e-marketplaces. Now, the fast-scaling company behind the tool needs a very data-savvy Technical Account Manager with strong Excel skills and great customer-facing experience to increase adoption and onboard new users. As part of the customer success team, this role is responsible for a number of key strategic touchpoints, including introducing new customers to the platform and training them on the system. By understanding clients’ unique goals, you will work with them to demonstrate the ROI of the platform for their business.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You’re a technical whiz with a bachelor’s degree in a field such as computer science, engineering, or business administration and 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success positions within a (preferably SaaS-based) software company. An e-commerce background is a plus, and a strong interest in e-commerce is a must.
You’re a skilled multi-tasker with highly advanced Excel skills and are able to confidently navigate customers’ objectives and overcome challenges. You’re able to identify customer trends (usage, needs etc) and leverage insights to create and deliver bespoke solutions to clients. In addition to understanding and anticipating client needs, you’re also data-driven, skilled at digging into complicated technology and building highly-customized plans-of-action for users.
