The marketing team at a growing eyewear and eyecare health and retail brand is looking for a Consumer Insights, Performance Marketing Analyst to lead data insights and strategy around key customer segments and audience targeting across CRM and paid channels. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, the you’ll oversee dashboard creations and conduct marking analyses to answer key questions about patients / customers, while building audience segments across channels. In addition to creating reports to monitor the impact on key audiences, you will liaise with the growth marketing lead to build strategies that increase customer / patient LTV and engagement.
This position is all about owning deep-dive customer analysis for a growing brand, from looking at terms and retention, to using data to inform the product team, to working across multiple marketing channels. Sure, it’s a little bit of everything – but this is a rare opportunity for an analytics-minded marketer or business analyst to build and lead data-driven marketing strategies from the ground up.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have 5+ years in a marketing or business role focused on analyzing consumer data and targeting audiences for marketing use cases. As a strategic thinker, you have a proven track record of creating segmentation and executing strategies that impact the business directly.
Your strong analytical experience includes proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and SQL — plus, you know how to build new queries, dashboards, and reports and are experienced with CRMs and performance marketing channels. As a master in quantitative and qualitative analysis and communications, you have effectively partnered with IT and products teams to build large data sets and then presented findings to creative and executive teams.
