The Hired Guns are seeking an NFT-enthusiast-meets-culture-junkie who’s also a mid-level Digital Program Manager. You’ll swoop in on a part-time contract basis (20 – 25 hours a week for five to six months) and help launch a global NFT marketplace with famous artists for a storied media network. No biggie.
The Nitty Gritty
The backstory on the company and why they need to hire you!
Calling all history and art buffs (who also happen to be tremendously capable Program Managers): An established TV network that you’ve definitely heard of is launching a global NFT Marketplace with famous artists. The artists will be contributing original history- and culture-focused digital NFTs related to popular television programming. It’s a big mission to undertake, and they need help getting there. That’s where you come in: They’re looking for a seasoned Digital Program Manager who will collaborate with account leads, the TV network, and the artists themselves to ensure that the digital NFT marketplace launches smoothly, on time and on budget. You’ll be tasked with developing scope/timelines, milestones, and overseeing the specific NFT deliverables to make sure the marketplace has a seamless and timely launch. You’ll also drive the ideation and execution of an integrated strategy to ensure connection of brand, entertainment, and sponsorship partners. Plus, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams to produce high-value, impactful knowledge sharing and best-practice documentation. You got this.
Note: This will be a temporary, part-time position for maternity leave coverage, 20 – 25 hrs/wk, fully remote from anywhere in the USA, starting mid-September 2022 through January 2023 … with the future possibility of permanent employment.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
Hands down, you’re an NFT nerd meets pop-culture junkie. Ideally, you have a minimum of 6 years of digital Program Manager experience. You have a strong interest in history, museums, art, and digital experiences. Not to mention, you’re looking for a fun and rewarding part-time gig that could turn into more: for the right person, this could become an ongoing gig, or even a full-time position as a Program Manager. Marketing experience is a plus – since a major stakeholder in this project is the marketing department, it will be a huge asset if you understand the ins and outs of digital campaigns and marketing collateral. Previous digital program management experience is a must-have.
