An eco-first, rapidly-scaling haircare startup is looking for a strategically-minded Director of Lifecycle Marketing to build out and lead end-to-end campaign strategy and development. This role will own the process of defining and driving customer adoption, engagement, and re-engagement strategy across channels, including email, SMS, paid retargeting and push notifications. In this director-level role, you will run optimization and oversee the high-level strategy of all CRM campaigns and lifecycle marketing — including optimizing flows and building foundations for execution — while integrating digital marketing, e-commerce, and CRM software platforms.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have 4+ yrs in a senior-level marketing position with demonstrated experience as an expert in audience segmentation. In addition, you are experienced in Iterable, Clayvio, or other CRM platforms, e-commerce platforms, and Google Analytics. You’re analytically-minded with a keen ability to translate data into actionable insights, and you possess deep knowledge of strategizing customer journeys for B2C and B2B spaces. You’re able to point to examples of leveraging user behavioral insights to establish, maintain, and deepen personalized relationships with customers. As a natural leader, you’re a driven self-starter who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as an effective communicator and mentor who can lead teams, inspire cross-functional collaboration, and achieve the most challenging objectives.
