Let’s face it: Retail Media is the new frontier when it comes to e-commerce, and it’s a great, pandemic-proof industry.
This e-comm giant is investing big time in its customer data and personalization strategy. And in this role you’ll be evaluating everything from marketing effectiveness and attribution to how to connect personalization to loyalty. This is a highly interesting role for a Senior Marketing Analyst who specializes in testing and measurement and enjoys extrapolating all sorts of insights from data and having a very real impact on digital business.
As the Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics, you will drive testing, recommendations, and ideation for this iconic e-retailer. You will utilize data to drive smart decision-making, specifically assisting in the interpretation and application of new tools and data sets to drive optimization. You’ll be responsible for supporting the marketing team with reporting and analysis for search, affiliate, email, display, social, online video, and online audio campaigns. You’ll partner with the marketing systems team and external vendors to ensure data flows accurately into multi-touch attribution systems.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience using data to develop business insights and recommendations. Experience analyzing performance of digital marketing campaigns is a must. You think creatively, strategically and technically. Others might have called you a “stats genius” – a compliment you like. You have a knack for going deep in A/B testing and personalization. You are a wizard with SQL: you must have experience writing complex SQL queries and using Tableau for data visualization. Familiarity with one or more of the following analytics tools is a big plus: SAS, R, Python, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics. It’s also great if you’re fluent in one or more of the following Marketing tools: Google Adwords, Facebook, DCM, DV360, Linkshare. If you have a background in data science and/or statistics, that’s a huge plus! We can also give you a shot if you’re a little light on the years of experience, but you have a Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Applied Math etc. and have had at least one killer internship.
